Short-Term Running Goals:

As a senior, I would probably DIE if a bunch of underclassmen beat me out for one of the varsity spots, or if I let Laura beat me =]  I'd love to run a 21 minute 3-mile.

Go Lean Green Man-Eating Machines!

Long-Term Running Goals:

To still be running when I'm 80.  Or walking at a brisk pace.

I went for a run after I got home from work, around 8:30 pm.

I was in a really bad mood and needed to blow off some steam.  It felt really great because it was cool out and it was nice to be able to clear my head!

I probably ran at about a 8 mile per minute pace, but it felt faster than that.

Welcome to the blog. Running is a great way to blow some steam.

BTW, you probably mean you ran 8 minutes per mile. But if you really ran 8 miles per minute, we definitely want you in Beijin!!!

Welcome to the blog! Some of my best running buddies in HS were also my rivals on the cross country courses.

Uhm, excuse me... but I happen to have beat you a whole TWICE. How can helping my confidence like that possibly be bad? Hmmmm??? But yeah. I love you. Keep it up. It feels SO good to be running again, doesn't it?
